Its various physical properties, precision, technical parameters requirements are very high, often used in automotive anti-collision systems,satellite systems, radio systems and other fields.

What are the advantages of high frequency boards?

The induction heating technology of high frequency circuit boards are with the highest heating efficiency and the fastest speed for metal materials, as well as low energy consumption and environmental protection. It has been widely used in all walks of life to the metal material thermal processing, heat treatment, thermal assembly, welding, melting and other processes.

In details, the induction heating technology not only heat the overall  work-piece, but also can the parts, so as to achieve deep heat penetration of the work-piece. In addition, the metal material can be directly heated and the non-metal material can be heated indirectly. It can be seen that the application of the induction heating technology in various industries will be more and more extensive.

What are the raw material for high frequency boards?

High-frequency circuit boards are made of materials with high dielectric constant and low frequency loss. Th materials used are divided into three types namely epoxy resin, PPO resin and fluorine resin. Among them, epoxy resin costs the least,while the fluorine resin is the most expensive. In terms of dielectric constant, dielectric loss, water absorption and frequency characteristics, fluorine resin is the best, while epoxy resin is inferior.



The occasions applied are also different. And when the application frequency is higher than 10GHz, only fluorine resin PCB can be applied.
