HoYoGo’s August Birthday Party

On August 27, HoYoGo ushered in our Birthday Party! The company has prepared a sumptuous meal, a generous performance bonus, and beautiful gifts for birthday staffs.

In July, through the joint efforts of everyone, we have won 2.5 times performance awards. What’s more surprising is that the performance of the Marketing Department hit a record high. The average performance of the Marketing reached 130 points. Congratulations to everyone for such a great result!

If you are good, the company will not be bad. Because everyone in the enterprise is the state of positive and progressive state, In the past 10 years of HYG, all colleagues have been working hard for a long time, so all colleagues believe that there is no customer which HoYoGo has not served well. He mentioned that recently, the state media and the Internet have been discussing the words "common prosperity." In fact, the top-level design of our company is consistent with the national goal, which is to achieve the common prosperity of all employees. Common prosperity is the prosperity of all people. It is the material and spiritual life of the people. It is not the prosperity of a few people, nor is it uniform egalitarianism. It is necessary to promote common prosperity in stages. So what we can be, the company can be. Whether the company's future goals can be achieved as soon as possible depends on the results of everyone's joint efforts. Come on everyone!

Yumi Spoke:

She said that Mr. Liu is always the Founder of HoYoGo. Every employee is a builder, dedicator and even more a beneficiary of HoYoGo. She hopes that we can feel that working at HoYoGo is not just a job, it’s a career worth fighting for. She compared our company to a small boat sailing in the vast universe. Liu is always at the helm and each of us as crew member on the board. I believe everyone can keep holding the position, because everyone knows that we have the responsibility and obligation to ensure that the boat is safe, moves forward and can under control the risks in the way forward.

She also mentioned that our company has ambitious and long-term goals in the corporate culture, but a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, so every colleague's love for HoYoGo is his duty and responsibility. All the goodness is created by us. We not only have to learn to criticize and self-criticize, also everyone have a sense of ownership. We only do one thing: customer-centric, long-term struggle, and constantly meet customer Reasonable needs.

She thanked colleagues in various departments of the company for being Committed to every position, also everyone being committed to every battlefield, everyone being committed to every responsibilities. Performance rewards are the affirmation and recognition of our work, the result of the joint efforts of the team. She also thanked colleagues in the Production Department for being very responsible, patient, and professional providing the best service to the marketing department. Performance and Reward

The achievement in July is inseparable from the efforts of the employees. The company rewards the outstanding performance and the award winners, thanks to their selfless dedication and hard work for themselves,  also they guarded their battlefield.
