Leadership Address

Our General Manager, Mr. Liu, delivered the opening speech, extending his heartfelt wishes to all employees and their families for health, success, and prosperity in the year ahead.

 

He shared thoughtful reflections on both personal well-being and the broader business landscape. From a business perspective, he highlighted that 2026 will be a pivotal year of transformation for HoYoGo—a year to recognize change, respond to change, and actively drive change.

 

Recognizing change means understanding the shifting global landscape, including evolving economic patterns and increasing complexity in international markets.

Responding to change requires turning challenges into opportunities—leveraging emerging trends such as localized innovation, strong domestic brands, and integrated global strategies.

Driving change calls for continuous self-improvement, organizational transformation, and the courage to evolve.

From an individual perspective, and within the framework of the traditional Chinese calendar, 2026 is the Year of Bingwu, marked by “Bing” and “Wu.” In traditional climate thinking, the first half of the year is associated with warmer, fire-like energy, while the second half tends toward a drier, metal-like pattern. In the same framework, 2026 is also seen as a year with a stronger water influence, which may bring cooler overall temperatures, more frequent cold spells, and increased rain or snow. In traditional Chinese health theory, the water element is associated with the kidney and bladder systems. When cold, water-related influences are excessive, they may weaken the body’s warming energy, potentially leading to discomfort such as coldness or soreness in the lower back and knees, joint stiffness, or ringing in the ears. At the same time, water is believed to counterbalance fire. Excessive cold influence may suppress the body’s internal warmth, affecting heart-related vitality. For this reason, extra attention should be paid to cardiovascular stress, including symptoms such as palpitations or chest discomfort. The Year of Bingwu in 2026 is expected to bring more pronounced contrasts between heat and cold, with greater climate variability. For this reason, it is especially important to maintain physical and mental balance. Overly intense exercise that causes excessive sweating is not recommended, as it may drain the body’s energy. Instead, gentler activities such as walking, Tai Chi, or Baduanjin are more suitable. This year may also be associated with increased restlessness or emotional agitation. Throughout the year, attention should be given to emotional stability, avoiding extreme highs or lows. Practices such as quiet sitting, meditation, or listening to calming music can help promote a sense of inner balance and calm.

The Marketing team demonstrated exceptional commitment throughout the year—from client engagement and business development to after-sales support. Notably, both the standardization of our processes and the quality of our orders reached the highest level in recent years.

 

We also achieved key breakthroughs at critical moments, with outstanding performance in May and November. These milestones reflect our team’s ability to take on challenges and deliver results under pressure, laying a solid foundation for the company’s mid- and long-term strategic goals.

 

 

Looking ahead, with the rapid advancement of AI and emerging technologies, we are entering an era filled with both opportunities and uncertainties. However, opportunities always favor those who are prepared.
