To maintain a competitive edge, he emphasized the importance of strengthening fundamental work. From email handling and drawing verification to customer communication and shipping arrangements, every detail must be handled with rigor and professionalism.

 

He further pointed out that the more complex the external environment becomes, the more essential it is to strengthen internal capabilities. By standardizing workflows, reducing errors, and continuously improving customer experience, the company can enhance customer trust and achieve sustainable long-term development.

Reviewing the company’s overall performance from January to April, she noted that through the joint efforts of all employees, the company achieved significant growth in both shipments and orders received. These achievements not only demonstrated the company’s market expansion capabilities, but also reflected the continuous improvement of the team’s execution capabilities. Although the current results are encouraging, the market environment is expected to become increasingly competitive. We must achieve higher standards in technical capabilities, product manufacturing processes, and service levels—particularly in delivery time, product quality, technological advancement, and customer responsiveness.

 

Focusing on the core theme of quality, she emphasized that “quality is the lifeline of the company.” Quality is reflected not only in the products delivered, but also in the quality of work at every position.
