The event began with Mr. Liu sharing his insights and recent experiences in applying artificial intelligence (AI) to daily business operations.

 

Mr. Liu noted that advances in AI technology are transforming the way businesses operate, creating new opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. By combining his programming knowledge with AI tools, he has recently developed more than a dozen practical software applications covering production MES system including material cutting, engineering calculations, customer data processing, email management, and AI assistance. Some of these applications have already been introduced into the company's daily operations.

 

He also outlined plans for the company's AI assistant. As business information and resources from different departments are gradually integrated, the assistant is expected to support employees with information retrieval, email processing, programming, and problem analysis, helping teams work more efficiently and providing more convenient technical support across departments.

 

Mr. Liu emphasized the importance of recognizing one's potential and remaining open to learning new skills. He encouraged employees to embrace emerging technologies, explore practical AI applications, and continuously improve their professional capabilities. He also highlighted the importance of leadership involvement in driving digital transformation. Looking ahead to the company's goals for the remainder of the year, Ms. Yu emphasized that, despite the challenges faced by prepreg and raw materials this year, the company has remained proactive, resilient, and committed to making steady progress. She expressed her hope that all employees would maintain their responsibility, determination, and spirit of teamwork throughout the final three months of the year. The Production Department is encouraged to prioritize timely product delivery, while the Engineering Department should accelerate the progress of new customers projects and the preparation and processing of related technical documentation. At the same time, all departments are expected to strengthen cross-functional collaboration, fulfill their responsibilities with diligence and accountability, and work together toward transcend the company's annual objectives.
